Moxy Analytics
You’ve been asked to build an AI strategy but are not sure where to start. Every company feels the pressure to respond to the influx of AI technology, yet few are well prepared to do so. In this course, you will learn not just how to put together a strategy but how to thoughtfully design an approach to AI that will position your organization to lay a foundation to grow from.
You Will Learn
- A brief history of AI, because if you don’t know the history you’re doomed to repeat it. There’s a rich history of AI that will inform your plan, we will cover the basics.
- How to create disruption at scale (what is your disruption profile). Creating a foundation for disruption will allow you to build consistently, but everyone has to participate.
- What does AI mean for your company? Today, there are a thousand versions of what AI is. We will work through the type of AI that best suits your organization and its needs into the future.
- Plan of action timeline. Now that we know what type of AI and disruption your organization will need, we will plan them out by duration.
- Strategy on a page. No plan of action is helpful without a broader understanding of who, what, when, where, why, and how much. Our strategy on a page will answer all these questions.
- Communication, change management, and convincing hearts and minds. We cannot forget that everything we are planning for impacts the people in our organization. We will create a set of talking points to ensure that everyone feels seen and heard as you begin this next phase.
- “In the next 30 days, I will…” We will complete this sentence—and hopefully even add the next 60 and 90 days—to ensure that you have a plan to get started when you go back to the office.
