Lawana Jones is a Global Executive and Nonprofit leader, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at United Way Worldwide (UWW)—one of the 3rd largest privately funded nonprofit organizations in the world. The organizaiton supports over 1,100 local United Ways across the globe.

A visionary in AI governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy, Lawana spearheads UWW’s digital transformation and AI adoption strategy, with the goal to ensure technology drives greater efficiency, equity, and impact across the organization. With expertise in Generative AI, she is leading the charge in responsible AI use, helping the organization to harness innovation while maintaining ethical integrity.
