The special rate for the conference is $145 plus tax and $36.28 resort fee* for single/double occupancy. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. To reserve a room you can use the link above or call 866.919.7472 or 702.785.5555 and mention TDWI 2024.
These discounted rates are available through January 31, 2024, or until the group rooms sell out, so do not delay. Prevailing rates apply after January 25, 2024 for some nights, or when group rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability.
*Resort fee includes the following: in-room high-speed internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all-local calls.

Currently all nights are available at the group rate when adding a hotel package to your registration. Please note the below rates do include a TDWI convenience fee.

Weather and Dress
Dress for the conference is business casual. Las Vegas enjoys cool weather in February with daytime temperatures that typically average in the high 50s and evenings in the 40s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.

Harry Reid International Airport (formerly known as McCarran International Airport) is 20 minutes from Planet Hollywood. Taxis or shared ride services such as Uber or Lyft are easily available.

- Monday, 5:15—6:45 p.m. Welcome Reception where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while networking with your peers.
- Tuesday, 5:00—7:00 p.m. TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit with the vendors, enjoy food and drink, and network with your peers.
