TDWI has reserved a limited number of rooms at the early bird rate of $239.00 plus 12.5% tax for single/double occupancy. A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate. Weather and Dress
Dress for the conference is business casual. Orlando enjoys warm weather in November with daytime temperatures that typically average 77 degrees Fahrenheit and evenings that average in the high 60s. Temperatures inside the meeting rooms can vary greatly, so please plan your attire accordingly.
Transportation
Taxi service from Orlando International Airport is available on level 1, which is the ground transportation level of terminal A and B.
For Uber and Lyft look for the “Ride App Pickup” signs on level 2 which is baggage claim in Terminal A and B.
Where to Eat throughout the Week
Enjoy networking with your peers, instructors, vendors, and TDWI personnel at a host of lunches and receptions throughout the week.

A complimentary breakfast will be provided each morning prior to the start of courses or keynotes.

During the morning and afternoon break each day, hot and cold beverages will be served.

On Tuesday and Wednesday a complimentary luncheon is provided for conference attendees. Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, you are on your own to enjoy lunch at venues in and around the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld Hotel.

Evenings
Evenings at the conference are filled with opportunities to enjoy food, beverages and networking.
- Monday, 5:15-6:45 p.m. Welcome Reception where you can network with your peers and vendors.
- Tuesday, 5:00-7:00 p.m. TDWI’s popular reception in the Exhibit Hall is the perfect way to begin your evening—visit the vendors, enjoy food and drink and network with your peers.
